How Is Green Slide Made?

All Green Slide lubricants are made with renewable biologically sourced non-petroleum based oils. These bio-lubricants are completely safe for contact with people, pets, plants, and the environment because they are made from plant and tree oils.

However just because Green Slide is made with plant oils does not mean that it is glorified cooking oil which you don't need because you already have on your kitchen shelf.

Green Slide is made from highly modified and processed plant and tree oils using an old oil industry process called hydrocracking to chemically separate the plant oils esters from the plant oil glycerin. The plant oil esters are kept for lubricating purposes and the glycerin is sold off to soap makers for making soap. Plant oil esters are proven to be highly stable molecules which provide excellent lubrication characteristics at both low and high temperatures.
